Growing up in a liberal Rocky Mountain community, I would listen to the adults’ debating theology, politics, and the progressing science of the time. My childhood experiences gave me an open but grounded perspective that has benefitted my life’s quest for knowledge. However, it often left me with more questions than answers.

I have spent a lifetime exploring the world in what I thought was a science-based approach. Now I realize that even the most rational mind is primarily rooted in the emotion-based subconscious. My quest for happiness and health brought me to this guided meditation of the hypnotic state. Let us walk and explore together.
